After conducting a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle at Ball Road and southbound Md. Rt. 4 in St. Leonard on August 11 at 11:46 p.m., DFC T. Phelps found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
A search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana. James Wesley Williams, Jr., 30 of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
