At 8 p.m. Dec. 24, St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Harris arrested Steven Edward Thomas 49, of Lusby, for Driving under the Influence of Alcohol on Three Notch Road, Mechanicsville.
A search incident to his arrest revealed he had cocaine and cocaine paraphernalia in his pants pocket.
Thomas was charged with Driving under the Influence, Possession of CDS, and Possession of CDS paraphernalia. Thomas was transported to the Detention Center pending a bond hearing before the District Court Commissioner.
