At 9:10 p.m. on February 10, TFC Keen observed a suspicious vehicle at the St. Leonard Park and Ride. Assisted by DFC Wilson, TFC Keen performed a K-9 CDS scan.
K-9 Nero alerted on the vehicle and suspected cocaine was found in the possession of the operator, Dowayne Waverly Parker, 46, of Prince Frederick.
Suspected marijuana was found in the possession of the passenger, Amanda Leigh Davis, 21, of St. Leonard.
After processing, they were transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
