On May 23, Randall Andrew Brinza, 53 of Pensacola, Florida was operating a motor vehicle on Three Notch Road in the area of Laurel Grove Road in Mechanicsville, when he was stopped for a traffic violation.
As a result of the traffic stop, Brinza was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Search incident to Brinza’s arrest revealed he was in possession of suspected marijuana and controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
In addition to being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, Brinza was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
