Michelle Middledorf
Chesapeake Beach, MD – On Aug. 31 at approximately 7:30 p.m., Deputy C. Fox observed a vehicle being driven unsafely in the area of Gordon Stinnett Ave and Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach.
The vehicle, driven by Michelle Middledorf, 30 of Dunkirk, finally pulled over in the parking lot of the PNC bank off Mears Avenue.
Middledorf was arrested for controlled dangerous substance (CDS) possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Alprazolam) and possession of CDS paraphernalia (straw).
The passenger received a criminal citation for possession of CDS paraphernalia (straw) and was released.
According to a court docket summary, Middledorf has a hearing on the charges tentatively scheduled for Nov. 28 in District Court.
