At 1:22 AM, on Feb. 4, TFC Whipp stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
The operator, Nicholas Anthony Pino, 41, of Prince Frederick, was subsequently arrested for DUI.
Incident to arrest, a baggie of suspected marijuana and a CDS smoking device were recovered from the vehicle. He was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia.
After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
