On March 7, at 11:58 p.m., Trooper West stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at Avenue B and Chesapeake Avenue in St. Leonard.
The driver, Ralph W. Mc Knett, 46 of St. Leonard, was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. A search revealed that he was in possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Mc Knett was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
