An Employment Assistance Seminar for Veterans will be held on Monday, July 20 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center.
Ty Guda, Human Resources Specialist, United States Army, Ft. Meade Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, will be facilitating the seminar. Topics will include resume preparation through the Civilian Personnel On-Lineย website, Veteranโs Recruitment Appointments, Veterans Employment Opportunities Act and 30 Percent Plus Disabled Veterans Employment opportunities.ย

The Marylandโs Commitment to Veterans Initiative offers resources to those veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan who have not been able to obtain timely access to wellness and other critical services.
