Deputy Mortiz was investigating a “Shots Fired” call in Lexington Park. He was in the area and three vehicles fled.
He was able to stop two of the three vehicles and noted that the occupants were holding baseball bats. As the investigation continued Deputy Moritz located a quantity of marijuana on the person of Suspect Young.
Jermaine Lynell Young, 25 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Deputy Keith Moritz for possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Marijuana).
