At approximately 1:45 p.m. Monday, volunteer rescuers including Bay District Volunteer Fire Department responded to Park Hall Elementary School for an active fire alarm.
School personnel were in the process of evacuating when firefighters arrived.
The schoolโs maintenance superintendent informed firefighters that two pull-down alarms had been activated.
Firefighters did a walkthrough of the building before allowing personnel to re-enter.
