False Name, Resisting Arrest, Open Warrants: On July 17 at 12:20 a.m., Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Fox Run Blvd. The passenger provided a false name and through investigation was found to have two open arrest warrants. Jody T. Jafari, 36 of St. Leonard, resisted arrest and Troopers had to physically remove him from the vehicle and place him under arrest. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
