Great Mills, MD— On Feb.13, the St.Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Taylore Siciliano was approached by a victim and her father in the parking lot of Pegg Road Shell Gas Station.
The victim’s father advised the victim’s boyfriend, defendant Terrell R. Pinkney, 40, of St.Leonard, “put a gun up to his daughter’s head and said she needs to talk to us (SMCSO) about it. The victim asked me (Siciliano) to follow her to her residence,” according to charging documents. “The victim informed me (Siciliano) the defendant called her earlier in the day and asked her if she still wanted to be with him. She (victim) informed him it is his attitude she can’t be with him anymore.”
On Feb.12 the defendant called the victim asking if they could talk when he got off work, the victim agreed and told him he could come over. According to charging documents, “The defendant asked the victim if she loved him, the victim said yes I do love you, but that doesn’t mean we should be together.
The victim then stated the defendant got up from the bed and made his way into the bathroom. “The defendant emerged from the bathroom with a black handgun in his hand and was pointing it at her (victim),” according to charging documents.
The defendant then instructed the victim to “sit the (expletive) down” and went on to point the gun at the victim’s face. The victim stated, “I can’t take his attitude, and when I try to talk to him, he goes zero-to-100. The defendant then yelled ‘(expletive) I am always at 100,'” according to charging documents.
The victim asked the defendant to please get the gun out of the room. The defendant said, “(expletive) you should fear me, I should blow your mother (expletive) brains out, the defendant went on to say to the victim, he doesn’t give an (expletive) if she had kids and told her he should kill her,” according to charging documents.
“The defendant told the victim to stop yelling because no one is going to hear you, he then told her she was going to die and she has no right to live because she broke his heart. The defendant smacked the victim in the face, the defendant also grabbed her again and slammed her face into the bed,’ according to charging documents.
A warrant was requested for issuing to charge for assault first-degree, assault second-degree, false imprisonment, burglary fourth-degree, stalking and firearm use in commission of a felony.
Pinkney faces a maximum jail sentence of 68 years and/or a maximum fine of $12,500.
