TFC M. Koock arrested Amber Renee Russell, 32 of Clements, Aug. 28 at 7:10 p.m. on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Anne Arundel County on July 9.
The original charge was driving on suspended license.
Russell was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was detained pending a bond review.
