White Plains, MD – On Feb. 7 a home in White Plains was discovered on fire.
A neighbor reported smoke coming from the home. When firefighters arrived they found fire inside the walls of the house.
Investigation revealed that the cause of the fire was clothing near the furnace.
The damage is estimated at a total of $125,000.
The owners of the home were out of town when the fire was discovered.
