
CHOPTICON, Md. – On May 25 at 11:05 a.m., crews responded to Chopticon High School,ย 390 Colton Point Road, Morganza for a commercial fire alarm. Investigation revealed that there was small fire in the one of the bathrooms. Reports from dispatch suggest that the fire was out before units arrived on scene. Crews are working to vent the school’s hallways of smoke. A report from the Office of the State Fire Marshal is pending.ย
