Calvert County DFC Pete Aurich responded to Bristol Drive in Chesapeake Beach for a trespassing call on September 12 at 3 p.m.
After walking down a pathway, two subjects with fishing poles were located sitting down drinking beer. One of the subjects was in possession of suspected drugs.
DFC Aurich subsequently arrested Austin Cody Quaglieri, 20 of Huntingtown, and charged him with possession of marijuana.
