Flags to be Flown at Half Staff Friday, May 15

In accordance with President Obama’s proclamation, Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered that the United States Flag and the Maryland State Flag be flown at half staff on Friday, May 15, from sunrise to sunset in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
