UPDATE OCTOBER 8, 2019: Samly has been safely located.
The Prince George’s County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing man. He is identified as 36 -year-old Samly Keosiphansaeng. He was last seen near the 1800 block of Greenwich Wood Drive in Silver Spring on the evening of October 5, 2019.
Keosiphansaeng is described as an Asian male, 5’8” tall and 180 pounds.
