Charles County Cpl. R. Gotshall was on Crain Highway in Waldorf on August 29th at 12:38 a.m. when he heard a robbery call dispatched at a nearby Burger King.

Two armed subjects entered the business through a back door, pulled guns, demanded money and fled in a silver Chevrolet. Cpl. Gotshall spotted the suspects’ car and initiated a traffic stop. Four men were inside the vehicle.

Evidence was observed linking the occupants to the robbery and the suspects were arrested.

Wayne Darnell Hamilton, 22, of Clinton; Brian James Crayton, Jr., 20, of Waldorf; Demarcus Kavon McGhee, 23, of Washington, DC; and Gregory Robinson, 21, of Clinton, were arrested and charged with robbery and assault. All four suspects posted bond and are awaiting trial.
