Baltimore, MD – Various wire services have reported that the family of Freddie Gray, a man who died from an injury he received while in police custody back in April, has reached a tentative $6.4 million settlement Sept. 8.
This settlement is regarding a civil suit between the family and the City of Baltimore.
The six Baltimore City Police officers involved are still awaiting individual criminal trials.
