At about 3:15 p.m. Feb. 14, Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad responded to the intersection of St. Charles Parkway and Duncannon Drive for a two-car crash.
Volunteers arrived to find on vehicle on it’s side.
A woman and two children were in the sideways SUV, and crawled out before responders arrived.
After being checked out on the scene, all occupants of the vehicles signed to refuse medical treatment.
