TOWSON, Md. — A gym teacher at Northwest Academy in Baltimore County has been arrested and charged with assault following allegations of inappropriate conduct involving students, police said.
Jordan Christian Adams, 28, was taken into custody on June 18, 2025 by detectives with the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children Unit. He faces multiple counts of second-degree assault in connection with an incident that occurred March 11, according to charging documents.
Adams remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. A bail review hearing is scheduled for June 20 in Towson District Court.
His trial is tentatively scheduled for August 4 in Baltimore County Circuit Court.
