On Oct. 31, at 11:06 a.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the M & T Bank at 11175 Mall Circle in Waldorf for the report of a robbery.
Investigation revealed the suspect entered the bank, passed a note to a teller in which he implied that he had a weapon and demanded money. The teller complied and the suspect fled.
Officers canvassed the area but the suspect escaped. The Major Crimes Unit is handling the investigation. Anyone with information should call (301) 609-6496.
