Hillen Jerome Morgan, Jr., 84, of Pomfret, MD, passed away on July 25, 2026. He was born on December 3, 1941, in La Plata, Maryland, to the late Hillen and Laura Morgan.
At age 21, Hillen joined the Army. After his time served, he held various jobs including stockbrokerage, construction, and growing tobacco. He attended the University of Maryland, where he pursued a Liberal Arts Degree. For over 44 years, Hillen worked as a real estate agent with Baldus Real Estate. His dedication to his clients and understanding of the housing and commercial markets made him a respected figure in the industry.
On November 27, 1976, Hillen married the love of his life, Eileen. The two were blessed with three children, Justin Morgan (Mary), Samantha Knott (Charles), and Michael Morgan.
In his free time, Hillen enjoyed farming, tending to his cattle, playing tennis, singing in a barbershop harmony group, following the stock market, coin and antique collecting, and spending time with his family.
Hillen was preceded in death by his parents, cherished wife, and siblings Laura Smith and John Morgan. He is survived by his children, siblings Jim Morgan and Janet Morgan, grandchildren Devin Knott, Ryan Knott, Alexis Dagnino (Jacob), and Kathryn Morgan, along with great-grandchildren Kolton Knott and Lorenzo Dagnino.
On Thursday, August 13, 2026, the family will receive friends for the visitation from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, with the memorial service beginning at 2:00 pm, officiated by Reverend Joe Orlando at Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., located at 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
