ANNAPOLIS- Md. – Governor Hogan ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known), in honor of Master Police Officer Christine Peters of the Greenbelt Police Department, who passed away today, Jan. 14 from injuries sustained while on duty on January 2, 2021
