On December 27 at 6:10 p.m. DFC J. Norton responded to the Prince Frederick Safeway store for the report of a trespasser. A store employee advised that a white male had been in front of the store asking people for money and cigarettes. The man was told numerous times by employees to leave the area but he did not. DFC Norton made contact with the man, later identified as Aaron Michael Ballard, 28 of no fixed address. He was arrested and charged with trespassing.
