OWINGS, Md. — On Sept. 3 at 3:05 p.m., a house fire was reported on the Prince Fredrick Volunteer Fire Department’s Twitter page. in the area of the 9300 block of Boyds Turn Road. They advised that units were on scene of a deck fire with an extension to the attic.
