The Human Resources Association of Southern Maryland (HRASM) will meet on June 20 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Smartronix, 44150 Smartronix Way, Hollywood, MD 20636. Laurell Aiton, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Relations for Smartronix, Inc., will facilitate the meeting and present detailed results and analysis of the Human Resources Association of Southern Maryland (HRASM) sponsored benefits survey. The HRASM Benefits Survey focuses on HRASM member organizations and includes areas such as health & wellness programs, retirement plans, paid time off, flexible scheduling, work-life benefits, volunteer service and employee appreciation. Key findings from Mercer’s National Survey of Employer Sponsored Health Plans also will be presented.
The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in Human Resources issues. The cost is $23.00 for members and $28.00 for non-members, which includes both continental breakfast and lunch. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Deadline for registering is noon on Friday, June 15. HRASM has nearly 120 members from the tri-county area who have a special interest in the human resources field. Its mission is to provide networking, educational, advisory and training opportunities to HR professionals in Southern Maryland. HRASM is an affiliated chapter of the national Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM).
