ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Sept. 3 at 1 a.m., an officer was checking businesses on the 1900 block of West Street when he discovered Douglas King, 59, of Hughesville inside a shed at the rear of a business.
The shed is used to store tires and King was trying to remove tires. King was arrested and charged with second, third and fourth degree burglary.
King is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
