On January 16, at 12:48 a.m., Tpr. G. A. Thompson responded to the IHOP Restaurant at 21991 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park for the reported theft under $100.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 42 of Hollywood, who advised four male subjects entered the IHOP restaurant, ordered food and left without paying the bill. The complainant advised the total bill was $43.81. When the subjects fled the store on foot, they ran across the parking lot to a white BMW vehicle and fled heading south bound on Three Notch Road.
The four subjects were black males, in the mid 20’s and dressed in black. One subject was wearing a white jacket, blue jeans and an orange shirt.
The investigation is ongoing.
