At 11:05 p.m. April 2, Tpr. E. Evans responded to Onions Field Lane, California, for a reported violation of a Protective Order.
The victims advised that she had an order stating that Robert Combs Russell Jr., 33, of California, was not to have contact with her.
The victim stated Russell came to her residence and threatened her. Russell was located and arrested for Violating a Protective Order.
He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
