On Jan. 9, at 10:32 p.m., Nathan Andrew DeSelms, 20 of California, was arrested by Tpr. N. Gresko for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia.
Tpr. Gresko was patrolling Indian Bridge Road when he observed a green Pontiac at the entrance to U Store It at 22465 Indian Bridge Road in California with the interior light on. Contact was made with DeSelms and a strong odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. DeSelms was found to be in possession of a CDS smoking device with marijuana.
DeSelms was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
