Calvert County Police arrested Johnna Leslie Rice, 52 of Huntingtown, on May 18 at 12:30 p.m. after she refused to leave the Holiday Inn Express in Prince Frederick.
Rice checked out of the hotel but refused to leave her room. The manager attempted to contact her to see if she wanted to continue her stay at the hotel but Rice refused to make any arrangements. Dep. M. Economes made contact with Rice in the hotel room and found her to be extremely intoxicated. She was advised to leave the hotel but she became belligerent, using profanity and refusing to leave.
Rice was arrested and charged with trespassing and resisting arrest.
