Judge Frank H. Lancaster, sitting Judge of Charles County Orphans’ Court, has been appointed by Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera, Court of Appeals of Maryland, to serve on the Conference of Orphans’ Court Judges.
The Conference of Orphans’ Court Judges was established by Administrative Order in 2003.
Judge Lancaster serves as an experienced and valuable member recommending matters affecting and of interest to the Judiciary.
The term of membership of the Conference is two years, subject to reappointment.
Lancaster is seeking a second term in Charles County’s Orphans’ Court. This position will be voted on in the Primary and General Election.
