On Aug. 4, at 3 a.m., a 16-year-old male of Great Mills was arrested by Tpr. E. Page for possession of a CDS smoking device with marijuana.
The juvenile was a passenger in a black BMW 740IL when the vehicle was stopped on Chancellors Run Road in Great Mills for failing to stop at stop sign.
The driver, also a 16-year-old juvenile from Great Mills was arrested by Tpr. E. Page for driving without a license. After speaking with the juvenile’s mother he was subsequently charged with theft of a motor vehicle. He was transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing. Both juveniles were later released to their parents pending further action by Juvenile Services.
