On August 16, 2010 at 7:59 p.m., Trooper Bender stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 south of Soller’s Wharf Road in Lusby.
A K-9 scan resulted in a positive alert for drugs and Marijuana was located.
Edwin S. Foote, Jr., 20 of Lusby, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
