At 10:45 pm, on Sunday, Jan. 29, TFC A. Rossignol responded to Calla Lane, Great Mills, for a reported assault.
A Great Mills man advised that after someone had knocked on the door, he opened it and a man on his doorstep asked for money. When he advised he didn’t have any money, the suspect struck him several times in the face and then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as an African American male, 6’0”, 200 lbs, medium build.
Investigation is continuing.
