On Oct. 14 at 4:49 p.m., Trooper Donaldson responded The Lemon Drop clothing store located in the Fox Run Shopping Center in Prince Frederick for a reported theft.
Investigation revealed that Sherrie Lynn Capone, 47 of Edgewater, had stolen numerous pieces of jewelry totaling $530 in value.
Capone was arrested, processed at the state police barracks and later incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
