The Leonardtown High School wrestling squad defeated the squad from Northern High School in a majority of matches after they met Tuesday night on the mat.
The home squad at Leonardtown topped Northern, 61 to 15.
The JV wrestling team also had a successful match, scoring 6 matches to Northern’s 4.
Leonardtown Head Coach Bobby Samuel, when asked to describe the match in a few words, said: “We wrestled well.”
