Burglary 4th Degree – On Friday, March 25, 2011 at 8:27am, Tpr. R. L. Jackson responded to the 22000 block of Olde Hewitt Road in Lexington Park for a reported burglary. Upon arrival, Tpr. Jackson and Cpl. M. W. Laney observed a male subject flee the area as he observed them approaching. A pursuit ensued which resulted in the male subject being located and detained for questioning. The subject was identified as Sean Quincy Cissell, 20, of Lexington Park and returned to the scene of burglary. Information provided by Mr. Cissell along with investigative discoveries revealed that Mr. Cissell gained access to the vacant residence with the use of a credit card and made use of the amenities available in the residence. Mr. Cissell was placed under arrest for Fourth Degree Burglary and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
