On Dec.16 at 9:30 a.m., Charles County Sheriff’s detectives, along with members of the PGPD, served a search warrant at an address in Capitol Heights, in reference to an ongoing investigation of a burglary at the White Plains Wine and Spirits that occurred n Dec. 4.
As a result of the investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging the suspect, Kevin Leslie Montgomery, 45 of Capitol Heights, with second-degree burglary.
