On September 4 at 10:12 p.m., DFC John Harms investigated a loud party on Grover Lane in Lusby.
A male standing outside with a crowd of people was found to be in possession of suspected drugs.
Jason Patrick Osborne, 22 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II drug, Oxycodone, and use of drug paraphernalia, a metal grinder, used to prepare Oxycodone.
