On April 15, at 11:54 a.m, Tpr. N. E. Gresko responded to the 46000 block of Timber Valley Court in Lexington Park for a reported assault.
Upon arrival Tpr. Gresko made contact with a female victim, 28 of Lexington Park, who advised she was physically assaulted by Luis Alfredo Ramos, 23 of Lexington Park.
Following interviews with both parties, during which Mr. Ramos admitted to the assault, an arrest was made. Ramos was charged with Second-Degree Assault at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
