On May 3, 2015, Deputy Schultz responded to a residence on Ellenbee Court in Lexington Park, for a reported disturbance.
Relatives reported suspect Tyrone Corde Claggett, age 28, of Prince Frederick, began breaking things inside the home while under the influence of drugs.
Claggett then went outside and proceeded to strike a neighbor’s car with a piece of wood for no apparent reason. The damage to the car was estimated to be $700.00.
Claggett was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Malicious destruction of Property.
