On January 12, 2010 Robert Allen Mattingly, 67 of Great Mills, was served with a Protective Order ordering him not to contact or attempt to contact the petitioner of the order.
On July 23, 2010 Mattingly violated the conditions of the order when he left a voicemail message on the petitioner’s telephone.
Mattingly was located and arrested for violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
