On November 17, 2011, deputies responded to the District Court Building located at 23110 Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown, Maryland, for a trespasser. Investigation revealed Yao Tehua Pone entered the building but refused to empty his pockets during the screening process at the request of the security officer. Pone was asked to leave the building but refused this request as well. Deputy Green arrested Pone and charged him with Trespassing.
