On May 2, 2015, Deputy K. Molitor responded to a residence in the 21000 block of Lexwood Court in Lexington Park, for a reported assault.
The victim alleged suspect Steven Richard West, age 35, of Lexington Park, threw a can of cooking spray at the victim.
The can struck the victim in the abdomen leaving a red mark. West was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
