On May 15, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on Indian Way in Lexington Park, Maryland for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed Robert Eugene White, 46 of no fixed address was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim. The dispute escalated into a physical assault when White struck the victim in the face. White fled the scene prior to the deputy’s arrival but was located a short time later, arrested and charged with second degree assault.
