On May 21, at approximately 6:10 p.m. Cpl Walker responded to a residence on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for a report of a disorderly.
Prior to Cpl. Walker’s arrival it was reported Dexter Erwin Holland, 28 of Owings, was extremely intoxicated and causing a disturbance; however, when Cpl. Walker arrived Holland was not causing a disturbance. A friend of Holland’s had escorted Holland into one of the apartments. As Cpl. Walker was leaving the apartment complex she was contacted by neighbors who reported Holland consistently disturbs residents of the apartments with his disorderly behavior. Cpl. Walker instructed the neighbor to contact the Sheriff’s Office should Holland begin causing a disturbance again.
On May 21, at approximately 7:22 p.m. Cpl. Walker was dispatched back to the apartments for an assault in progress call. Upon arrival Cpl. Walker encountered Dexter Holland who was yelling and stumbling in the parking lot. Numerous neighbors were outside of their apartment observing Holland’s disorderly behavior.
Dexter Holland was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
