On July 31, St. Mary’s Deputy John Logalbo responded to the area of St. John’s Circle in Great Mills for a reported domestic assault in progress.
Deputy Logalbo’s investigation revealed that Michael Lavar Yeldell, 30 of Great Mills, had assaulted his wife by driving his vehicle into a vehicle occupied by his wife.
Yeldell also had his three month old child in his vehicle at the time of the assault.
Yeldell was arrested by Deputy Logalbo and charged with Assault in the First Degree.
